Exceptional breakfast on the terrace with stunning views and a spacious bathroom with versatile lighting made our stay enjoyable. The junior suite felt like home and was perfect for our family. The artisanal bread at breakfast was a highlight, and the staff provided top-notch service throughout our visit. However, the pool area could benefit from more seating, and the wait times at the bar were longer than expected during peak hours.

The suite was spacious and beautifully designed, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the location isn't ideal, being a bit far from the central attractions and the noise from nearby trams disrupted sleep. Service was hit or miss, as some staff lacked warmth.

The Superior Double Room was really stylish and quiet, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved the modern tech features, especially the touchscreen controls for lighting. The bathroom was spacious and had great high-end toiletries, which was a nice touch. Just a heads up, though, the noise from the street was noticeable in the mornings, and the TV lagged a bit. But overall, the vibe of the room was super comfortable.

A delightful stay with a twist

Woke up to the breathtaking view from the 6th floor. The bathroom was a dream, and we even enjoyed a surprise turn-down service that felt special.

Unfortunately, our check-out was marred by a rude comment from the receptionist, leaving a sour note on an otherwise pleasant experience. A small oversight that affected our final impression.

The breakfast on the terrace was a real delight! Plus, the cocktails/mocktails were seriously the best I've ever had. The vibe at the restaurant with a live DJ? Absolutely lit!

On the flip side, the room had some serious noise issues in the morning, and the TV lagged like nobody's business. I expected more from the spa too—just two saunas and a small relaxation area? Come on!

We had a fantastic time! The staff was super friendly, helping us with everything from dinner plans to room changes. Our room was clean and elegant, and the rooftop view was breathtaking. The breakfast we ordered in was perfect for starting our day. Only thing is the gym area could use some more equipment. Still, we loved it!
